To commission a custom piece fill out the contact form with your ideas and preferences. Sophie will reach out to you for a consultation to discuss your vision. Once your project has been approved, the design process begins.

What is the estimated delivery time for custom orders?

Custom orders typically take 4-6 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity and current workload. Once your piece is finished, we will provide an estimated delivery date.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! The shipment costs are calculated at checkout when you select the country you wish to be delivered to.

How do I care for my ceramic pieces?

To ensure the longevity of your ceramics, we recommend hand washing with mild detergent and avoiding abrasive sponges. While most pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, please check the specific care instructions provided with each item.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Can I return or exchange a product?
